Useful answers.

Which file should I keep for an incident?

Keep the full toolkit or Post-Incident Response section available. The quick-reference pack does not contain every response matrix or log.

Are these forms submitted to a website?

No. This site has no intake, uploads or completed-form submission. Keep completed copies where the parent chooses. Do not record passwords, codes, full account numbers or identity-document images.

Are the cards a separate large-print book?

No. The four large-type sheets are an included tool, not a large-print edition of the book or a claim that all toolkit text is large print.

Can I open the ZIP without being online?

Extract the entire ZIP, keep its folders together, and open 00_OPEN_TOOLKIT.html. Local PDF links work without an account. Links to outside resources still need an internet connection.
