Accessibility
Choose a format that works for you.
Readable pages, direct downloads and a paper option are part of the design.
Available formats
Pages use headings, keyboard-operable links, visible focus indicators, descriptive link labels and a skip-to-content link. The layout is designed to reflow on smaller screens. Core links work without JavaScript. No animation or flashing content is used.
The four large-type cards are available as both a PDF and HTML text. The PDF’s essential instructions are at least 18 point when printed at 100% on US Letter; its branding and footer text are smaller. Do not scale these pages down to wallet size.
Known limitations
The complete toolkit is not a large-print edition. Its PDF tagging, reading order, form usability and compatibility with assistive technology have not been certified. Keyboard controls have been checked in a browser. Screen-reader compatibility and physical printing have not been verified.
WCAG 2.2 AA is a design target for the website, not a current conformance claim.
